About Me

I’ve taken the long way more than once—and I’ve learned a lot from the twists, climbs, and reroutes. I’ve worked across fields, earned degrees as a nontraditional student, and coached hundreds of people through big decisions and career shifts. I believe in asking good questions, keeping it real, and figuring things out as you go.

These aren’t just credentials—they’re part of the map that brought me here, and part of what I’ll use to help you navigate what’s next.

The trail teaches you to carry what matters—and leave the rest behind. These are the experiences, tools, and training I bring with me to every conversation, every client, every step of the work we do together:

  • B.A. in Women’s Studies with a Minor in Human Development & Family Sciences, earned as a nontraditional student at the University of Georgia
  • Writing Certificate from UGA’s Franklin College of Arts and Sciences
  • Masters in Nonprofit Leadership from the University of Georgia
  • Over 5,000 hours of one-on-one coaching focused on career clarity, professional growth, and values-driven decision-making
  • Experienced in cross-party communication, navigating conflict, and supporting people through complex life and work transitions

Things I’ve Learned from the Climb

  • Clear skies and open trails — Transparency is everything. The path is easier to follow when nothing’s hidden.
  • We walk farther together — Shared experiences have power. Stories connect us, steady us, and remind us we’re not alone on the climb.
  • Storms clear the view — Failure always leaves something behind: perspective, growth, and a better sense of direction.
  • Ask the hard questions — Curiosity is your compass. Every good journey starts by asking what really matters.
  • You’re never truly hiking solo — Even when the trail feels quiet, someone out there is cheering you on—whether you know it or not.
  • Feel it all — Laugh hard, cry loud, rage freely. Real life is messy and wild—and that’s what makes the hike worth it.
